The Premier Concierge was founded by Katrina Graham Screen in 2012 and is family-owned by Katrina and Derik, a husband-and-wife team rooted in the Charlotte area.
What began with a desire to help busy people reclaim their time has evolved into a more complete approach to modern homeownership: professional Home Management, Home Watch, vendor and contractor coordination, project support, Lifestyle Concierge services, and real estate and relocation assistance.
Today, our role is often much bigger than completing a to-do list. We help bring the moving parts of a home together under one trusted relationship—so our clients have fewer people to manage, fewer details to chase and greater confidence that someone local is paying attention.

The Story Behind the Company
Built From a Problem Katrina Understood Personally
As a mother building a career and raising a young family, Katrina understood how quickly the responsibilities of work, home and everyday life could compete for the same limited hours.
Conversations with other busy people revealed the same problem. They needed more than an errand service. They needed someone dependable enough to coordinate a home project, meet a contractor, organize a space, watch a residence while they traveled and step in when life became too busy.
Katrina brought those needs together into The Premier Concierge. Her professional background spans nursing, human services, real estate, finance, human resources and project management—experience that helped shape a service built around communication, organization, discretion and personal responsibility.
The company has grown, but the principle remains the same: understand what is taking up the client's time, create a plan and become a trusted resource for getting it handled.

Katrina founded The Premier Concierge after recognizing a need for something more personal and capable than a traditional errand service. Clients needed someone they could trust with their homes, projects and everyday responsibilities.
Her background across nursing, human services, real estate, finance, human resources and project management informs the company's high-touch approach: listen carefully, communicate clearly, organize the details and follow through.

The Premier Concierge is family-owned by Katrina and Derik and serves homeowners throughout Greater Charlotte, Lake Norman and surrounding communities.
Home Management is deeply local work. Someone has to understand the property, communicate with the homeowner, coordinate the approved provider and be available when something does not go according to plan.
