Leaving your home alone and empty can leave you vulnerable, even if you think you have prepared the best you can—leaving your neighbor to watch who comes and goes is great, but have you thought about what scary things can be going on inside (water heater or refrigerator leaks) your home. Let’s be real, many things can happen to your home while you’re not there and that’s why we exist—to give you that peace of mind.

Our certified Home Watch Managers will focus on regularly scheduled property visits that are systematic, timely and meticulous. Undoubtedly, there are many things that can happen to an unoccupied property, simply because there is not a visual presence there: large appliances can malfunction, unnoticed maintenance issues, break-ins, and potential for squatters to take over a home.

During each visit our home mangers inspect the home using our home watch inspection checklist. After each visit, we communicate with our clients about obvious conditions and customize a detailed inspection report on services completed. If a problem is observed, we contact the client with details and possibly for authorization to hire a vendor. We will organize a vendor or handyman to visit the property to take care of approved services. Clients’ can rest assured that we are advocating for them, that’s why we monitor vendor performance and we are there until project completion and satisfaction, and to lock up the clients’ home on their behalf.
